does anyone know the difference or have a definition for either. i know examples of each but i havent been given a definition. thanks guys

its pretty much non institutional means you choose to go and u dont have to if u dont want to. but institutional is where you are reallt sick and u have to go or you are placed in there..or you are admitted to hospital because of your injuries..
