Invalid Pin ? (1 Viewer)

OK so I'm trying to do my UNI preferences... I know, kinda late x)

& the application asks for my Student Number & my Pin.

I put them both in correctly, according to the letter I was sent, but when I go to press "next" it says my Pin is invalid :S

Can any help or know what's up?

Also, when is the final date to place your preferences?

Help is appreciated.

well you can try calling up UAC to seek some assistance with your problem i guess + you can check the site to see when the final date is.

Final date as I was told by careers advisor is January 6th so you have time to contact UAC, though id try to get preferences in before the new year to aviod last minute zerg rush.

Are you using your students online pin, or the UAC pin which was hidden in that clear screen in the letter?

as jetblack already suggested, it is likely you are using ur students online or hsc pin. you need your uac pin, which you probably need to call and get.
