I know no one cares about this, but it has to be posted because it is pretty amazing. I don't know where else to post it.
By some miracle, Australia has managed to get another perfect score in an international olympiad this year, as well as another gold medal and 2 silvers. Ishraq Huda from James Ruse Agricultural High School has tied first with Scott Wu (USA) and Yinzhan Xu (China) in the International Olympiad of Informatics.
Congratulations also to Oliver Fisher from Normanhurst Boys High School, who came 5th overall. This was his first every performance in an IOI and his result is better than any result previously achieved by an Australian.
Ishraq Huda (James Ruse Ag): 600/600 (1st place, Gold)
Oliver Fisher (Normanhurst Boys): 530/600 (5th place, Gold)
Michael Chen (Scotch College): 435/600 (36th place, Silver)
Ray Li (James Ruse Ag): 348/600 (73rd place, Silver)
This was Michael Chen's 4th olympiad medal. He's in year 11.
An Australian has never achieved a perfect score in any olympiad. Australia's best ever result was Anna Bown at the 1993 Biology Olympiad, who scored 290/300. She was the Young Australian of the Year in 1994. This year, we have at least two perfect scores.
Full results here.

The title was supposed to be IOI 2014
