I need to fill out as Woolworths ISC Diagram for my assignment task

What information technology can I add (software and hardware)
These are what I have so far:

• Barcode scanners
• Self service machines
• computer

what can be users and participants

For users I have:
Customers (traditional check out)

Participants
Customers (self service)

Software would include the computer operating system as well as the self service machines software. Other hardware would include alarm systems (in the case of theft).

I don't think customers can be participants since they can't alter the system, only use it. I would include self service with the traditional check out. Participants would be Woolworths employees as well as Woolworths managers, since they can alter/modify the system (e.g. when there is a problem with the self service an employee usually fixes it, something a customer cannot do on their own).
