IPT-need copyright clearance for any band (1 Viewer)

hi guys, major assessment in IPT year 12. i need 3 minimum bands. im hoping they'd be small so i can get copyright clearance via email (bigger bands never respond). any help will be appreciated.

maybe consider your or other local schools might have "student based " bands

new talent who might be happy for the "exposure"

Have you considered looking for bands that put their songs out open source?
