Hey guys, so sorry if I'm not meant to use this thread I just genuinely need some help from year 12s (or anyone who's graduated). I have a bit of a dilemma, so here's some background.

In Year 11 I took:

3U Maths (Raw mark: mid-90s at top 10 selective school, rank: top 5 or top 10?)
Adv Maths (messed up yearly so top 15/20)
Adv English
Spanish Beginners (coming first or second at a school which gets state ranks in this subject every year)
Physics (Rank 10)
Modern History (Coming equal 1st or 2nd currently but we haven't gotten yearly back so idk)
Chem (did shit and I'm dropping lol I hated my teacher)

For year 12, I signed up for 4U maths and X History bc I'm interested in both. If I took these both I'd prob drop physics, leaving me with 11 units, which is good. Only because it's my lowest ranked subject. My parents are against this because they think it would make any science degree at uni difficult, although I think I'm interested (but indecisive) in law/politics.*

Essentially, my question is, given my marks (which could be better, I didn't really try in year 11), should I take both extensions? I've talked to teachers and they think I am capable of taking both. OR, should I take one extension and keep physics? Any help would be appreciated !! :)

Oh, also, my ATAR goal is a 99.5 or above, prob won't get it but go big or go home right.

* About two weeks ago I was set on Medicine
