Is there a new syllabus? (1 Viewer)

I mean I KNOW that there's a new syllabus, but should I still be able to correctly do past papers for legal studies? In the MC for past papers many questions are not derived from the 2011 syllabus. Like, it's got questions about tort law and the rule of law... and isn't that in the prelim syllabus?

Do i have to study both syllabuses, cos I vaguely remember year 11 stuff?

The year 11 syllabus of last year was new as well. However, on the old year 12 syllabus, you had to do the topic "law and society" which contained a lot of year 11 stuff. Law and society is not on the new year 12 syllabus.

Dont worry about them because they are testing you on stuff which wont appear on the new test.
