there isn't a way to do that at the moment
there's a link on your profile (top left hand corner) that says find all posts and find all started threads or something like that. It's all there

MysteryGenius is right. The link in your profile will do it. However, as you've probably noticed, searching functions aren't running at the moment. Once these are restored, you wil be able to search your posts.
If there's any thread you really want to keep track of, the subscribe function still probably works.
