Seriously?

At my school we're told to write half a page intros to get a band 6. Also, our teacher said we HAVE to write in alternating sections to get a band 6 i.e. 1st poem point 1, 2nd poem point 1, 2st poem point 2, 2nd poem point 2, 1st poem point 3, 2nd poem point 3 etc...

I'm rather confused.

You don't have to do any of those, but it usually leads to a better structured essay. Also, I wouldn't say that introduction is necessarily that great. It's good for it's succinctness, but it probably needs a little more information IMO.

This, the introduction isnt great but its too the point and it gets the job done nicely.
