I'm sorry, but I dont like the journeys topic.

It's a wanky generalistic load of crap that I dont want to have to deal with.

Yes. I know I take physical, imaginative and inner journeys... but why the hell am I dwelling on that fact rather than bloody well taking the next one!

WANKERS! its time wasting and just an excuse for buttock lickers to use 11 syllable words that they dont even know the meaning of, let alone their fellow class mates.

I'm sorry. I've just been spending a week listening to 40, 6 minute speeches on all the different aspects of the journey. It reduced me to being extremely delighted and amused when a bird flew into the room through the window.

That was the highlight of my day....

I'm just a complaining pathways student beginning her second year of the hsc whilst watching her friends spend their days lazing by the pool waiting for their UAI results. I'll get used to it eventually.

The topics not that hard, pretty simple if the 2005 hsc exam is anything like this years

Wait another few months.

"Journey" will look like it's spelt wrong with the amount of times you use it.

as is the same for every other aspect of the HSC
they make it as convoluted and wanky as they possibly can I'm afraid
I'm glad I no longer have to deal with it, and I feel for you

^ It's not true for maths!

You should all take 4unit maths and then the world's problems would be solved!

does anybody know what the assessment task concerning a creative response about journeys is all about?

assessment task? assessment tasks vary according to each school.

but for the hsc they can ask you for whatever medium, to demonstrate a particular aspect or broadly on journeys. Sometimes there's stimulus stuff like a quote or a picture.

sheesh - u turn up expounding the "virtues" of 4U maths everywhere! is scary.

anyway, yeah journeys was dead boring, but it was so incrediably easy - be thankful its not something taxing.
