Just wondering if we need to include the details from the labour government's budget from yesterday or would i be perfectly fine with the liberal budget?

Don't bother. The exams were not written with the new budget in mind and you'll get no bonus points for doing so. The 2021 budget is perfectly fine but so are older budgets if they have relevant examples.
