Well, off the top of my head, if I got this question, I would look at Topic 3, Unemployment, and I would also look at Topic 4, Labour Market Policies.

Don't forget to mention labour market retraining, education and skill programs to increase productivity and decrease structural unemployment. This will decrease the NAIRU and allow for more sustainable growth.
