after discovering that i am .7 under the minimum atar requirement for internal transfer [i got 94.3], i also discovered that my original plan for getting into law is also completely screwed.

so,

1. if i get a really good WAM [e.g. 80+ and yes i am willing to work like a dog], is there a possibility of some degree of special consideration?

2. is there such thing as second year entry?

3. am i better off doing a JD?

before i get cyber bitchslapped for not thinking of this earlier, my original first choice/s were BIGS and BPESS at usyd until yesterday when i read up on unsw's international studies program and found it much more to my liking and then after going to both, unsw info day > usyd info day [imho].

any help would be appreciated

1. maybe - you can try going through UAC as they said at info day today.

A friend told me that a friend of hers got into law at unsw or usyd with 98.. it was a late round offer.. pretty surprising..
