ay ppl, theres this course that i'd like to get into for late rounds and it also has vacancies, i just wanna know, what are my chances of getting the course if i dont have the assumed knowledge? eg. mathematics at ext 1 level? coz i meet the course cutoff, but i dont have the assumed knowledge, any pple offered something that they dont have the assumed knowledge for esp. on something like maths?

You do not need assumed knowleadge to get into the course. You will be accepted solely based upon your uai. If there is assumed knowledge for the course that you want to do, and you haven't done the subjects, take a bridging course. It will help greatly.

yeah thats true... it only matters if it says "required" I'm waiting for the next rounds to see if i can get into another course other than the one i've got now which is B/Arts @ UOW .... i have my fingers crossed. I clear the UAI and there are vacancies so.... I want this so badly!!!
