u must be asked this so many times....but when u want to INTERNALLY transfer into law at maq, do they consider ur uai as well or GPA only???

another thing, say i dont make it into combined law with science psy right, and i go straight to B Science Psy...WHEN do i apply to that quota thingy to get into law? is it in that same first year?? AND another thing, if the quota thingy does accept me, do i start those two first year law units (jursiprudence and somehting else) THAT SAME FIRST YEAR OF UNI, or the next??? and if u pass it do u get into FULL COMB law and SCIENCE the third or second year??

sorry for the verbosity, im not sure about these things, thanks alot!

lol, that post helps me. so funny, becasue i'll be doing exactly that. :D

i'm looking to transfer into law, and out of applied finance.

from what you guys have heard, how many instances has there been of people not being allowed into LAW113 (jursp) even though they were above the gpa required? in other words the quota was maxed out.
interesting to hear that only the best gpa's who want in get in. good motivation to do better now!:p

I don't mean, don't transfer into it. Rather, unless you like reading or are really really good at essays, then don't expect it to be easy after you get in

Nah, he saying, if we like reading/essays, then we would find law not as difficult.

Yeah, i never had any intention into getting into a big one apart from perhaps experience and training, and even then medium sized firms are good enough for me, im planning on being a solicitor more than a barrister btw.
