Hey all,
I just got an assignment for legal and it involves researching a contemporary legal issue. It is based around Part III of the Prelim syllabus - Law in Practice. I have decided to do "An individual or group in conflict with the state" and do Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs.
One of the parts requires me to research the "legal and non-legal responses to this issue" however, apart from new legislation, I don't know what it means by the above question.
Could anyone tell me what legal and non-legal responses are and what the difference is?
Thanks so much.
