I have a longer response question to answer:
Assess how the law operates to achieve justice in practice. Refer to TWO contemporary issues in your response.
I have been struggling to understand how to address this question. We were given some examples for contemporary issues that we could use such as (rule of law, procedural fairness). Please note that this is a Year 11 task. If anyone would be able to give me any sort of guidance that would be amazing. I'm just stuck!!! I have no clue what to do and this whole online schooling isn't really helping me get the answers on how to do this task.
- Also, side note does judicial review come under procedural fairness
