Legal Studies Option Topics - How many issues should I talk about for 25 marker? (1 Viewer)

Say for Family Law, should I delve within two issues in depth (such as DV and Parental Responsibility) depending on the question? Or use afew more issues with less detail? If one of the questions was on law reform, I could talk forever on every issue, so should I select two I know extensively and go from there?

If you know two issues in that much detail, then go for your life but I'd know about 10 issues which I can pick 4/5 from on the day based on the question. My paragraphs are usually about a page each though. So do what works for you what did you do in trials?

Hmm I usually write 3-4 pages per issue. It'll just depend on the question I guess
