level, contribution band for units (1 Viewer)

hey guys,

can someopne explain to me what is the level and contribution and for each unit? what do they mean...


i noticed all my subjects are worth 10credit point, however each one has a diff contribution band and level.

Level is 'supposed' to indicate relative difficulty..... eg most 1st year units are level 1 - basic intro stuff... level 2 is the next level up... goes up until level 7 for post-grad law stuff..

contribution band is the hecs payment level - have a look on the hecs site to see how much actual $ value each is.. but same thing here - band 1 is cheapest and it increases with the numeric value of the band
