Hasn't been a question since 2009... So I guess it's more likely that they will include one.

I actually wouldn't mind a case study question since I got 19/20 and 20/20 for a school assessment and trial respectively.

Quite likely lmao. I personally don't have one prepared but my friend sent me theirs and they got 18/20 for it in trials.
