Hi,

While I don't have the booklets you are after (my brother is using them now), I went to Matrix and I have written a highly comprehensive set of preliminary Chemistry notes compiled from the Matrix booklets as well as many other textbooks. Just a quick background: I graduated from a top 10 school in 2013 with an ATAR of 99.4 and came 3rd in my grade for preliminary Chemistry.
