so the new bush administration has decided to call macedonia by its real name - macedonia, instead of the former yugoslac republic of macedonia

personally i dont see the big deal about the name of a nation, but then i guess i dont have any nationalist ties to it, which is probably a large part of it. and theres probably some historical significance which im not aware of, and since im too lazy to research anyone care to fill me in?
