will anyone be able to explain what the main round offers process is?

Do you recieve only the ONE offer (hopefully the first preference or if not, the second preference and so on..) or do you receive all offers on all preferences if there are places, and you can choose between the ones offered?

u get one offer (hopefully ur first preference, if not second preference and so forth...)

and u can either take it or reject it hoping for a better offer in the second batch of offers

but really u should be smart and take it....since ur preferences should be in the order that u want to do it
