I just wanted to ask how many preferences are taken into consideration for the main round offer? Is it the first 3 or is at all of the preferences? Thank you

Everyone round every preference is considered. You only get one offer per round

And if you get into your first preference, you're in the first preference. You won't get your second preference unless if you change it to become your first (in the next round).
If you don't get first and get second, you get your second and won't be able to get third, and so on.
