What is a more effective way of making revision notes, typing them up or writing them manually.

Why/why not?

typing it as you can make changes to it whenever you want and it tends to be much neater. No point of writing unreadable notes.

Are you doing your hsc this year? If you are, I recommend you to use the notes from this site, and make changes yourself. Making notes one week prior to the exam is not such a good idea as it takes ages.

For me, it takes me one day to write one topic of one subject. There is usually around four topics in one subject.
