Hey guys,

Does anyone know what would be a good focus area on either Marie Antoinette or Anne Boleyn for modern history historical investigation assignment?

Anne Boleyn! Haven't you seen "The Other Boleyn Girl"? Watch it! You could do an investigation into royal conspiracies written about her, assess their historical value and maybe make a link between Anne and her daughter Elizabeth. The way we view Anne definitely effects the way we view Elizabeth which is very important, especially when looking at sixteenth century context for a historian.

Anne Boleyn probably, its more of an 'original' topic than Marie Antoinette.

And more interesting, imo.

If you read up about Anne Boleyn, you'll find that she was one of the most influential people in Henry VIII's life.

Before he chopped off her head.
