hey guys, i cant do some questions!!

can anyone help? mr keypad?

its exercise 1.6 starting on page 20

i cant do the last question 14, and 8 part c...

anyone?

well more clearly, i dont get what 8c is asking... :confused:

Maybe I shouldn't just do them in my head, that's most likely the problem...

and now im stuck - the question before it was easy... but this one, is just... messy.

It's not that hard:

Let alpha = z, beta = y

3(z + 4y) = 2(y - 2z + 2)
7z + 10y - 4 = 0

3(2z + y + 1) = 2(2z - 3y - 1)
2z + 9y + 5 = 0

Yeah, that does look a bit messy, but solvable nonetheless.

More to the point, you think I'm good, even though I haven't done a THING of those questions. Methinks I have alot of work for me on friday afternoon when I get around to it.
