u know a math-o-mat- it has templates all over it

I know ppl from my skool are, i think ur allowed if it only has simple eqns like y=x(squared) on it. I cant remember where i read that tho...sorry i dont think im much help =)

Yeah, we are allowed... it helps with your curve sketching and stuff like that...

'bails' you would have read that in the HSC timetable where it sais what you are/aren't allowed to bring into the exam.

The one we are allowed to bring is called Mathaid 4

i used a mathomat last year and there were no problems with it...my school emailed BOS and got their OK as well. So unless it has changed over the past year..yes you can use one but it might be good to double check though...HSC advice line??

its a drawing template / ruler with basic curves on it. A sheet of plastic the size of an A4 page...they come in handy when a question asks you to solve equations graphically and you need to do the curves to scale.

Yup u can bring them in, only maths aid 4, though so don't get maths aid 5
