Mathematics or General Maths? (1 Viewer)

Hey Guys!
I am baffled if I should choose Mathematics or General. I understand that mathematics for me can be extremely challenging. I'm being honest here but for 5.2 mathematics right now, I usually get around 76%. I am really scared incase I get scaled down for general. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks

Remember, If you choose mathematics and find that the difficulty is too much then you can drop down to general with ease! People do underestimate general though and say its an easy subject but it still requires a lot of effort to get a good mark.

Pick 2 Unit. If you are finding that to be too difficult next year, you can always drop to General any time before the end of Prelim.

why are your marks like that? do you not study, not enjoy maths or something else? From there you could probably clearly choose which one you want to do next yr, maths or general ... good luck choosing the right one

I do study, except I study so hard I don't get the results I want

definitely do 2 unit. i actually find it easier than general. anyways if you find it too hard you can always drop back to general

same here, i think you should do mathematics and if it is to difficult than drop to general. but dont underestimate the work load for general. there is so much content. in my class we wouldnt have finished the course content if we didnt come during the holidays to do it.

Choose 2U mathematics. As others have said, if it gets too difficult, you can drop to general

This pretty much - general might not be that difficult, but will still require some effort.
