I have just completed my first year of university at UNSW (currently completing a combined Electrical Engineering / Laws program - HD Average). I graduated from high school in Brisbane so I haven't exactly done the HSC.

I am a tutor who is very passionate about mathematics and physics (physics and 2nd year mathematics mainly 1st year maths is a little dull unfortunately ). I have mainly tutored physics students in the past and I realise (and cannot stree enough) how important it is for a student to _actually_ understand and appreciate the physics/maths and not just be a "formula monkey" plugging numbers into equations. Only then will a student be able to master these concepts in the more challenging problems in exams.
This is a "cycle", to put it that way, the more one learns and understands about mathematics and physics, the more everything fits together and makes sense.
Mathematics is beautiful and physics is fun, you just have to get in the right mindset :rofl:
