Answer to your first question - No one knows. No one knows about the strength of your cohort or anything. One really cannot make an estimate based on your school rank.
Second Question - By 47, and blah blah i am assuming out of 50. Last year, e4 cut off was roughly 49/70. Generally it's between 50-55. But for the marks you want, probably need 58+ raw.
