I was just wondering what would change if i decided to redo the ucat or take a gap year. Would that make any difference compared to going straight away?

It’s risky, bc after that gap yr u still may not be accepted. Some unis still use your atar to consider you for entering into medicine through a non-standard entry pathway. But i hear ppl say like you need a rlly good atar to consider taking a gap year, is that true?
