I'm not really sure what to pick. I might have something on Railings.

I've been very impressed with Master O'Reilly's run in the Caulfield Cup and Sirmione in the Mackinnon. Wish I had a lazy pineapple on Sirmione.

Zipping is jumping out of barrier 22, which makes it harder. But it's a long race anything can happen.

Does anyone know how many horses have actually run the distance?

Who will win this years Melbourne Cup? Will you put a bet via an adult or participate in sweepstakes. This year I reckon Blue Monday or Duoro Valley will win.

'Gallic' and 'The Fuzz' have been scratched already.

My money is on 'Douro Valley' hopefully he can go the distance, if he can he will be a contender.

I know the event is over, but I backed Master O'Reilly to lose.

You can pretty much ignore most of the race. It doesn't matter who is in the lead until the last couple hundred... the horse that was leading for the first half of the race today ended up coming last.
