Hi guys,

I am not exactly sure I am clear on this, but as far as I can see mental rehearsal is the mental repetition of a performance or sequence, and visualisation is taking a particular skill or technique out of that sequence or performance, and focusing on that specific technique and ensuring that it correct?

If somebody could clarify that, I would be grateful.

mental rehersal is when you imagine practising a skill, just imagining the performance(the mechanics).
visualisation is a technique of mental rehersal which involves picturing yourself doing the skill from either your perspective or crowds.
yeah neway
