if anyone out there has info on continuity and change in relation to minion industry and agriculture could you plz help me out.
got a fair bit on industry but need some info on agriculture

-Minoan civilisation depended economically on the cultivation of wheat, olives, vines etc.

-Olive oil was a staple commodity as it was used in cooking, cleaning and lighting.

-IT WAS THE MAIN SECTOR OF THE ECONOMY

-Minoan Crete was SELF SUFFICIENT.

-Farmers were efficient enough to create surpluses. Which you can link to palaces as redistributive centres and relief redistributive centres as said by Halstead and Branigan.
