Missed prelim exam (1 Viewer)

I didn’t attend the first prelim exam today (English ADV paper) 1 due to illness. What will happen if
a. I don’t show up tomorrow with a doctor’s certificate
b. I show up with a doctor’s certificate (will I have to fill out forms?)
