I am not very impressed with the topic that I have chosen anymore, I just feel that its inadequate and stupid and I don't know... just plain CRAP...

I originally was going to do something about the whole moon landing debate hoax etc. and how it linked to the cold war and the moon race etc.

I have already presented my proposal last year, and while I got full marks for it I just feel like I can take it no where.

I was actually thinking of changing it, leaning towards aboriginal history or anything to do with Australian history or possibly even the crusaders?

Anyone have any oppinions, suggestions, input anything I'm getting quite desperate here.

:(

an idea might be to:
a) think of a period of history which you find particulary interesting or have some sort of knowledge on already.
b) watch docos or read books which focus on this period, or perhaps before or after this period.
c) [this can be a hard one to actually organise but here goes...] contact a well respected historian and ask him for advice. i contacted a man by the name of Jurgen Tampke, quite a credible man in the historical community. he lectures at USYD, so contact a professor or something, it's not as hard as it may sound. (in fact, Jurgen gave me the idea that spurred me into my focus area NB he also compelled me to change it completely... truly demoralising, but perhaps for the better you might say)

good luck
