MX2 Atar Calculator Scailing (1 Viewer)

According to the Atar Calculator if given a "HSC Mark" is 80, Both MX1 2unit and MX2 2unit will yeild an ATAR eqivilent of 98.5. Is this true within reason of the accuracy of the program, like inputting say 80 for chemistry. Is it true that MX1 and MX2 scale the same if you do MX2. (By scaling I mean the ATAR eqivilent). If some one could clear this up or say that its just wrong would be a big help thanks. http://www.atarcalculator.com.au/

Their scaling is fairly similar, especially at the high end, but they aren't the same. That being said, when you convert that scaled mark to an ATAR you'd end up with more or less the same number.
