According to the current Wikipedia website on David Mccallum - the actor playing Ducky - he signed a new two year extension in April so I don't think he dies. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_McCallum

Yes I do watch it.

The only way they will kill off Ducky in my opinion would be when the actor himself dies - he will be over 80 in 2014 when he contract expires having been born in 1933.
