Need advice on Maths 2U (1 Viewer)

So I am accelerating maths 2u and doing the hsc exam this year, but I am doing 4U maths next year, and am aware that 2U will not count. If I struggle in 4U and drop it, am I able to do the 2U exam again next year?

Yeah as said above it depends. I didn't do 4 unit out of choice because I wanted to focus on sciences etc, but yeah they let me repeat the 2 unit the following year. Basically didn't have to go any classes and just sat the exams throughout the year. This is kind of dodgy in terms of you won't have a class to force you study. So what I did was I would do a paper a week for 2 unit (basically set aside 2 hrs a week for 2 unit study) which is really easy to do considering on THSC website there is like hundreds of past papers so you won't ever run out
