I'm re writing a practice essay about how effective the legal and non-legal responses were responding to the Christchurch massacre. One of the responses was the NZ royal commission which i stated was limited in effectiveness due to their recommendations not being turned into law however my legal studies teacher told me that it was. However i can't find an article or info on it so could someone direct to an article or a reputable website that did states the NZ royal commission's recommendations were turned into law?
