Need help with winter school registration (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone. I'm a bit confused with the winter school registration procedures.

So I can see from "My summer study" that my application has been received and it's currently "Incomplete". What should I do next?

On the page it says:

Status: Your application is incomplete because your documents have not been received and/or your payment has not been received. A place in the subject is reserved for you while we wait for you to provided your documents and/or payment.

Do I pay ALL the fees (SSA fees + cost for the unit of study) at once, or do I first pay SSA fees and wait for them to assess my application, and then pay the cost for the unit of study? Cuz I paid the SSA fees ($105.37) on 13th May (although I don't know why under "Student Amenities Status" it still says that I haven't paid yet) but my application is still "Incomplete" now.

By the way, which department at uni should I talk to if I'm having problems with winter school registration?
