"Based on the case studies and what you have learnt in class, examine the sources of Australia law making processes and institutions and how the application of the law achieves procedural fairness."
That's the extended response question that will be giving in a class test. I have no idea what it is asking and how to answer it. Can somebody please explain what it is asking me to write. Thanks.
