Say for instance i accept a B Commerce, then i get another offer in the later round, can i still accept the new offer?


And my final question is, if i change my prefs now, will it have an effect on my first offer?

Yes, you can accept a new offer and withdraw from your first one.

I don't think that changing prefs now changes your first offer..
UAC have already posted out to you your offer anyway.
Once you get an offer, its solid.

Yes, you can! No effect, you can cancel the first offer, and go for the second if you want.

You can put your offer you got now down the bottom of the list and move your other ones up.

You will only get offers in the late round for preferences you have higher than your main round offer.

You should accept this offer now and if you get another offer in the late round you can accept that and withdraw from the first one you accepted.
