i installed a new norton on my computer and now i cant connect to limewire.
i can open, but it says im not connected to the internet and something about a firewall.
i presume this is due to norton as a norton window came up when i first opened limewire, and now i dont know how to reverse it so i can connect to limewire.

Norton ----> Norton Security -----> Personal Firewall ------> Configure -----> Programs.

You should be able to take it from there

hrm. you mentioned that a norton window pops up? does it say "worm protection" or something similar? if so, go to norton antivirus options -> under internet -> internet worm protection -> program control -> add "limewire.exe".

i had similar problems with emule.
