Info. on the adv./disadv. of nuclear technology, which includes radioisotopes - in medical & industry is on the CSU (Charles Sturt Uni) HSC Online website. If you look at Encarta, Brittanica, Heinemann Encyclopedias online (and ON CD-ROM) they list adv. & disadv.
Perhaps using the search engines dogpile.com, altavista.com, yahoo.com, google.com or even ninemsn.com and type in keywords as stated above.
