<a href="http://www.cbs.com/primetime/numb3rs">Numb3rs</a> is a drama on CBS about an FBI agent who recruits his mathematical-genius brother to help the Bureau solve a wide range of challenging crimes in Los Angeles. There was a WGA strike on from Nov. 5, 2007 - Feb. 12, 2008 and Numb3rs supported the strike which forced the CBS into reruns during season 4.

Season 4 was disrupted as follows by the WGA strike:

Season 4 was supposed to have 24 episodes. Seasons end in May to coincide with May sweeps. So due to the WGA strike they were only able to have 18 episodes in season 4.
Season 5 started on October 3, 2008 and finished on May 15, 2009 with 23 episodes.
A new season 6 started in September 2009.
