As most of you are aware, the 2005 CSSA trial is tomorrow (Monday). Considering the other thread was about asking what marks in the exam would get a band 6, I decided to start up a thread dedicated to the actual exam. Keep all comments about the exam in here please. Most importantly good luck! Remember that these exams are called trials for a reason and dont give up if you dont do as well as you liked.

What are everyones predictions for the exam?

ill be happy if i get anywhere from 40-50%.

but i can feel that its gonna be hard, the first few will be alright, but from 8-10 i think ima just guess and hope i get some marks for some form of correct marking.

well my class is really sad/competitive so we worked out how much we need to beat each other by to improve rankings... i need to beat the guy whos coming 2nd by 10 to come 2nd (currently 5th) and the person coming 6th needs to beat me by 35 marks to take over...

what did everyone think of it?? i thought it wasnt very hard, maintained the same moderate/easy level throughout the paper... any1 else notice that the paper was out of 118 not 120 (there were 2 random marks in question 2 without a corresponding angle)... fingers crossed 3u isnt hard!

Well, me being a pure 2U student, I found it rather challenging at about q5 onwards. My neck is so sore! I'd like to think I'd pass, but I think I'll just fail.

Out of 118, you sure?
