Where do I put the results from the methodologies (survey, interview)? Do I base the central material on it? How much of the central material should be based around the results of the methodologies? 80%? 20%? Oh god Im so confused.

It depends. Like, the information you gather from both your primary research as well as your secondary research should be incorporated into the body of your PIP. i.e. central material.

It's a bit easier if you divide your central material into chapters, and then base the chapters broadly on specific issues covered by your research.

Hope this helps. =)
