(3x-2)\5=x\4+3
3x-2=5x\4+15
3x-5x\4=17
7x\4=17
7x=4 x 17
x=(4x17)\7

(3x-2)/5 = (x/4) + 3

3x-2 = (5x/4) +15

3x = (5x/4) + 17

3x - (5x/4) = 17

12x - 5x = 68

7x = 68

x = 68/7
